Contracts Administration

What we do

To provide a regular Contract Administration function for the Northern Region DHBs (Northland, Waitemata, Auckland, Counties-Manukau). This includes processing requests for new contracts, contract renewals, changes and terminations as directed by DHBs including:

  • Aged Residential Care
  • LTS CHC
  • GPs
  • Oral Health
  • Pharmacy

We operate under an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the District Health Boards and to Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs).

Our Services

Our goal is to action requests within an agreed timeframe and work closely with the Northern Region District Health Boards, Sector Services and Health Cert to achieve this goal.
