RMO Workforce Operations

The Workforce Operations team provides an effective regional Resident Medical Officer (RMO) service to support the DHBs in the recruitment and retention of an RMO workforce, aligned with service delivery and training requirements.

They achieve this by providing consistent:

  • Expertise in education and training administration
  • Excellent customer service to trainees and DHBs
  • Adherence to and development of, consistent national, regional and local processes¬†

National Contracts

  • ACE RMO - the contract to deliver the graduate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) matching process to the national District Health Boards
  • ACE Nursing - the contract to deliver the graduate nursing matching process to the national District Health Boards and external providers, i.e. Southern Cross Hospitals
